Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Please note that as we work with international suppliers, delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipping. We appreciate your patience!
United States
- Standard Shipping (15–25 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (7–12 business days): calculated at checkout
Canada
- Standard Shipping (20–35 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (10–15 business days): calculated at checkout
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping We currently ship to Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Pacific Watches is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
Damages Pacific Watches is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at pacificwatchespnw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at pacificwatchespnw@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at pacificwatchespnw@gmail.com.
